ACE completes purchase of The Chubb Corporation, takes the Chubb name
ACE Limited closed its purchase of The Chubb Corporation on Jan 14, 2016. It renamed itself Chubb Limited on Jan 15, 2016. Federal Insurance Company and the other Chubb companies joined the ACE group.
