Bolttech moves to full ownership; CEO and board change
Founding CEO David Howard resigned April 2, 2024 and chairman Robert Bauer became CEO. Bolttech CEO Robert Schimek joined the board June 26, 2024 as Bolttech's Kole, Inc. agreed to buy SiriusPoint's 50% stake.
