State Farm Florida settles with OIR and stays in Florida
After OIR denied a 47.1 percent rate request in 2009 and State Farm filed to leave, the two settled. State Farm stayed, got a 14.8 percent increase, and dropped about 125,000 of 810,000 policies over 18 months.
